As a small business, we stand by our return policy. We appreciate your understanding in advance!

We believe in the quality of our products and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

Our return policy varies depending on whether your item was purchased in-store or online. 

Sale Merchandise

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. If using discount code on any full priced item- it is still final sale.

Online Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on full-price, unwashed, unworn, unaltered merchandise with tags within 10 days of when your order was delivered. Please note: Sunglasses and Jewelry are FINAL SALE. We must receive the merchandise back in store 10 days after you receive it. If returning shoes, please make sure that you are placing the shoebox in a larger box. Do not use shoe boxes to ship back footwear. Footwear must include the original box in its original condition.

Any orders shipped out of The United States are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


In-Store Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for store credit on full-price, unworn, unaltered merchandise with tags within 10 days of purchase. Please note: Sunglasses and Jewelry are FINAL SALE. Merchandise purchased in-store is only eligible for store credit or exchange. Since you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for size with assistance from our staff, we cannot give refunds.
